As stated in our Code of Conduct, the Company offers many ways to ask a question relating to the Code or to report a possible violation. If an Associate sees something that they believe is wrong, they should not worry about the repercussions of sharing it. In no event will any Associate be subject to retaliation, punishment, or any career disadvantage for complying with the reporting or other requirements of this Code. Company policy strictly prohibits any retaliation for reporting under this Code.

If an Associate believes the matter is too sensitive to be handled by a manager, higher level of management or Human Resources partner, or if they are not satisfied with the resolution of the matter at that level, we encourage the Associate to call the Express Ethics Hotline at 1-877-571-9743 at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The hotline is operated and staffed by a third-party service provider with whom an Associate can speak, anonymously if they prefer, to report illegal or unethical activities. All reports to the Company and the board concerning issues under the Code will be kept confidential to the extent reasonably possible.
